We hope to see investment in high-quality transport, educational opportunities and the roll-out of high-speed broadband. The Intergroup encourages the EC to support community-led local development as well as smart villages to revitalize public services through digital and social innovation and ensure the introduction of cost-effective and cleaner energy solutions.

We envisage a smarter economy on the way to carbon neutrality with the development of skilled professionals employed in the circular economy and lifelong learning programmes.
